Her longstanding appreciation for historic architecture and preservation informs the way she approaches distinctive properties, from recognizing the craftsmanship of a century-old porch to appreciating the thoughtful design of a contemporary home. She believes every property has a story worth understanding and that thoughtful marketing begins with recognizing what makes it unique. Her interest in homes extends naturally to the landscapes surrounding them. A Texas Master Gardener who completed the program in Lamar County in 2024, Shannon has a personal appreciation for gardens, mature trees, and the outdoor spaces that contribute to a home's character.

As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Shannon combines advanced marketing training with an appreciation for properties of exceptional character. From the Shannon Miles Group storefront at 2322 Lamar Ave. in Paris, Shannon and her husband Scott guide clients through land and ranch, new construction, acreage, and commercial moves across Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma. She is a founding member of the eXp Land and Ranch Division, a New Construction Specialist, and a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI).
