The SMiles Collective is the team culture behind The SMiles Experience at Shannon Miles Group. It is how Shannon and Scott Miles run their business, care for their clients, and welcome the agents who grow alongside them.
Shannon and Scott are a husband-and-wife real estate team at eXp Realty, operating from their storefront office at 2322 Lamar Ave. in Paris, Texas, with a footprint that reaches across Northeast Texas and into Southeast Oklahoma. They are New Construction Specialists and Land and Ranch Specialists, and founding members of the eXp Land and Ranch Division.
Both hold the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, and Shannon is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Together they bring local insight, corporate-level marketing, and steady, honest communication to every move.
