Before getting into real estate, Shannon spent 20 years in ministry. That background shaped how she cares for people, listens deeply, and guides clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with patience and compassion. She brings a steady, grounded presence to every transaction.
She holds the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She is currently working on her broker license, expanding her ability to lead and serve clients at the highest level.
As a founding member of the eXp Land and Ranch Division, Shannon brings specialized knowledge to rural and acreage transactions across Northeast Texas. She understands what it takes to market and sell properties that do not fit a standard mold.

Scott brings a background in corporate marketing strategy to every real estate transaction. He combines a sharp eye for detail with the discipline to build a plan before making a move, positioning every property with intention and protecting his clients through every step of the process.

Scott is a founding member of the eXp Land and Ranch Division, bringing deep knowledge of raw land, ranches, equestrian properties, and rural real estate throughout the region. He is also a New Construction Specialist, guiding buyers through every detail of building a home from the ground up.
